Our History

First opened in the barrio of Ruzafa back in 2006, Entrevins is a family-run business whose goal is to provide people a place where they can eat well and drink well. Ten years later, in 2016, we decided it was time to take our project to the next level, and we moved to the heart of Valencia’s old town, occupying three floors in a modernista building at number 7 calle de la Paz, just around the corner from Plaza de la Reina.

Located on street level, Birlibirloque is a relaxed gastrobar with a wine list of well over twenty different wines by the glass, a set lunch menu and a range of classic tapas, with our kitchen open non-stop from 1:00 pm right through to midnight. Or you can simply enjoy our rightly famous gin & tonic in the outside seating area in the Mediterranean light immortalized in Joaquín Sorolla’s paintings.

Slow-cooked leek salad with sliced iberic pork collar, stracciatella and basil oil

Grilled squid with mushroom stew and sweet potato textures

Main course to choose:

Creamy seafood rice with market fish, king prawns and tender garlic (minimum 2 people)

Grilled see bass with traditional garlic-paprika sauce.

Pressed lamb shoulder with flame-roasted eggplant, yogurt sauce, and olives.

Bluefin tuna belly with roasted onion and béarnaise sauce. +13€

Desalted and confit cod with a stew of its tripe, verdina beans and Swiss chard. +13€

Grilled local fish with served with white prawns and mussel sauce. +15€.

Whole roasted fish over a wood fire, vegetable garnish. + supplement according to market.

Grilled cut of aged beef tenderloin with parsnip textures, kale and brandy sauce. +14€

Shoulder of goat kid cooked at low temperature with french fries +22€.

Wood-fired prime rib of beef, maturing for 45 days, with french fries +48€/kg

Choco Blas, chocolate in textures, extra virgin olive oil, salt

Grilled baby cuttlefish with sliced portobello mushrooms and parsley parmentier

Pressed pork mask terrine and razor clams
