If you are a group of people who are crazy to get together and live a unique gastronomic experience, you can not miss tasting old wines with exceptional conservation.
Each season we offer a selection of 3 bottles of different great wines, accompanied by our 6-course tasting menu. While we open the bottles by hot pincer disgorging, we will serve a bottle of Champagne.
Included:
As an aperitif, bottle of Champagne Rosé from the house of Lacourte Gobillon (100% pinot noir from the Montagne de Reims, 24 months resting, dosage at 5 grams...)
Tasting menu (appetizer, 4 individual dishes and individual dessert).
Vertical of 3 bottles of Rioja Imperial from CUNE with the vintages 1964, 1956 gran reserva and 1951 gran reserva.
Bread service, mineral water and Illy coffee.
