About Us
First opened in the barrio of Ruzafa back in 2006, Entrevins is a family-run business whose goal is to provide people a place where they can eat well and drink well. Ten years later, in 2016, we decided it was time to take our project to the next level, and we moved to the heart of Valencia’s old town, occupying three floors in a modernista building at number 7 calle de la Paz, just around the corner from Plaza de la Reina.
Located on street level, Birlibirloque is a relaxed gastrobar with a wine list of well over twenty different wines by the glass, a set lunch menu and a range of classic tapas, with our kitchen open non-stop from 1:00 pm right through to midnight. Or you can simply enjoy our rightly famous gin & tonic in the outside seating area in the Mediterranean light immortalized in Joaquín Sorolla’s paintings.
On the first floor is our restaurant Entrevins, the heart and soul of our project, where you can choose from set lunch, tasting and a la carte menus. All our dishes are based on locally-sourced fresh seasonal produce that reflect the breadth of the Mediterranean diet (bluefin tuna, wild mushrooms, vegetables, black truffle from Sarrión, game …) Our core focus on wine makes wine-pairing a highly recommended option, or you can let our expert sommelier advise you in choosing the right wine. Entrevins’ constantly evolving wine list boasts more than 1000 wines from Spain and the rest of the world, including over 200 champagnes from independent maisons and a select number of vintage wines from the 1920s to 70s. And value for money is always foremost in our selection.
The restaurant offers a number of different rooms and areas for intimate dining, working lunches, wine tastings or for larger groups.
